This Tuesday, Honors had yet another successful movie night to celebrate Valentine’s Day! This time, the feature film was none other than the early-2000s classic, 13 Going on 30. The movie was accompanied by Valentine-themed snacks and treats, Rom-Com movie bingo, a banging playlist, and beautiful, festive decorations. The lounge was fully decked out, and as students entered the lovely wonderland, the party was starting to arrive. 

As we walked into the lounge, we were immediately greeted by a themed playlist playing over the speakers and the cutest pink and red heart decor all over the walls. We grabbed some snacks — I went for the rose-printed Hershey’s Kisses and pink frosted cookies — and got our Rom-Com bingo sheets to settle in. 

The movie was starting any second, and everyone got set up on the couches to get a good view! As we watched Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo fall in love on the big screen, we crossed off the bingo sheet as the plot unfolded. By the time the movie was over, we were full of snacks and wonderful memories of another awesome Honors movie night in the books!
