Coming into Pace last fall I had heard of all the amazing events and experiences the university and Honors would host and I was excited to see what my freshman year would bring. I made an effort to attend as many events as I could since it is a great way to meet new people, have fun, destress, and even get free stuff sometimes! With Honors, I have experienced many great events like Harry Potter Movie Night, Winter Palooza, and the Mardi Gras Mask-Erade, but my favorite Honors experience by far is when I went to see the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. Honors was giving out tickets to see the show on a first-come-first-serve basis and I was lucky enough to snag one. The Christmas Spectacular was at Radio City Music Hall, so I was extra excited because it was my first time attending a show at the venue. At the show, I got to sit next to my fellow Honors students and it was a great way to meet new people and make new friends. The performance was incredible and got me in the Christmas spirit. It was even cooler when I learned that Pace Honors has some current students and alumni who are Rockettes. I am so thankful for Honors as I would have not been able to have this experience without them.
